I’m all aboard the AJ1 Low train, so picking up these Air Jordan 1 Low Laser Blue should come as no surprise. These are marked as an “SE” model and are $100 retail instead of $90.
They get their name from the colorway and seem to be a part of a pack of Jordan 1 lows that also include a volt and fuschia pair.
These come in a regular black and gold Air Jordan box and include black laces in a lace bag. They come laced in some laser blue laces which have a bleached effect applied. I’m still not sure how I feel about the blue laces on these, but the black definitely provide a clean look! These kicks do display an eerie similarity to the Send Help SB.
Love this colorway on a J1 low which is really the only reason to get these. I also copped the other two colorways in the “pack” for completion sake. Reviews on those coming soon…
How Are The Materials?
The materials are a very basic GR level leather and suede. The black leather is smooth with slight texturing but otherwise thin and unimpressive, while the suede is not smooth or lush, but not felt or sandpaper either. It’s just…there. Overall the colorway is more of a selling point for these as opposed to the material quality, which is acceptable for a sneaker at this price point.
How Do They Fit?
These Air Jordan 1 Low Laser Blue fit true to size. I get the same size 9.5 that I get in most other Nikes and I find these to fit very comfortably at that size. These lows are in my opinion a bit more comfortable that the highs by and large.
